Oliver

Jaycee loves to read.  I can take reading time away as a form of punishment.  She spends a lot of time in her room reading a good book.  She's tried other things.  She played softball one year and hated it.  She took tumbling one year and hated it.  She hasn't shown much interest in anything other than reading.  She does enjoy being in girl scouts but we wanted to find something else she could be involved in.  She does play the piano very well and she sings pretty good too but what else could we get her involved in?  Then she decided to take a drama class and fell in love with it.  She absolutely loves being on stage and is pretty good.  Her drama class put on a small production of Oliver and Jaycee got the part of Fagin.  We were very impressed with her talent and so was her teacher.  She did awesome.  She auditioned for a part in the high school play for next fall and got the part.  Stay tuned.
